Check In - Check Out Times

On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 2:30 pm.

On the day of departure, checkout time is 10:30 am at the latest.

Payment Terms & Conditions

• Verbal reservations will be held for 10 days, pending receipt of your payment
• The full amount payable for a confirmed booking must be made within 10 day from booking, payable by cheque or credit card. (Any bookings 20 days (or less) before  the arrival date must be paid in full by credit card as a cheque require at least 15 days to be cleared by the bank.)
• In the case of you cancelling a confirmed booking, the prepayment is non-returnable. Should you need to cancel, we will do all we can to reschedule your dates and / or to re-book the spaces. We do advise our guests to take out cancellation insurance.
• In the case where we are required to cancel a confirmed booking for reasons outside our control, a full refund of all monies received from yourself will be returned.

Parking

Parking can be difficult to find in Ilfracombe especially during the Holiday season. Special holiday parking permits are available from the Ilfracombe Tourist Information centre. Cost for these holiday permits can be provided upon request or can be obtained directly from the Ilfracombe tourist info centre

Guest House Policy

Please note for the comfort and safety of our guests we have the following policy:

• We have a no smoking policy in place in all areas of the Guest House.
• Children are to be supervised by parents or a responsible adult at all times and not to be left alone under any circumstance.
• We kindly request that you do not bring alcohol into the Guest House.
• Damage / Theft: we reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the guest house, or the fabric of the building itself, damaged either wilfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. We reserve the right to charge for the replacement of items that are found to be missing following departure. In these events, your credit card will be charged without prior consent being required against invoice(s) that will be provided for the costs incurred.
• Behaviour: The guest house reserves the right to remove from the premises any guest who does not comply with these terms and conditions, is deemed to be a risk to health and safety, or whose behaviour the proprietors feel is unacceptable. In such instances no refunds will be given.
