Check In - Check Out Times

On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 2:30 pm.

On the day of departure, checkout time is 10:30 am at the latest.

Parking

 Special holiday parking permits are available from the Ilfracombe Tourist Information centre. Cost for these holiday permits can be provided upon request or can be obtained directly from the Ilfracombe tourist info centre

Guest House Policy

Please note for the comfort and safety of our guests we have the following policy:

• We have a no smoking policy in place in all areas of the Guest House.
• Children are to be supervised by parents or a responsible adult at all times and not to be left alone under any circumstance.  
• Damage / Theft: we reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the guest house, or the fabric of the building itself, damaged either wilfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. We reserve the right to charge for the replacement of items that are found to be missing following departure. In these events, your credit card will be charged without prior consent being required against invoice(s) that will be provided for the costs incurred.
• Behaviour: The guest house reserves the right to remove from the premises any guest who does not comply with these terms and conditions, is deemed to be a risk to health and safety, or whose behaviour the proprietors feel is unacceptable. In such instances no refunds will be given.

 Booking and cancellation Policy

      •  Bookings can be made via e-mail or telephone.

      •  An initial deposit of the first nights stay if staying less than 2 days will be taken. This is non-refundable.

      •  Any stay over 5 nights a deposit of 2 nights will be taken.  This is non-refundable unless we can re-let the room. 

      •  A cancellation received with less than 5 days notice will require full payment.  This also applies to a 'No Show'.

      •   Payment by a Credit Card will incur a 3% surcharge.

      •   Full payment will be taken on arrival.

      •  We strongly advise you to take out Travel Insurance in the event of unforseen circumstances.
