Breakfast

Our breakfast menu has been carefully selected to provide our B&B Guests with a delicious, freshly prepared, tasty start to the day.

Our Breakfast consists of:

• A choice of cereals
• Fruit Juice
• Toast

A choice of one of the following freshly prepared breakfasts:

• Full English breakfast
  (Grilled Cumberland Sausage, Smoked Bacon, Egg, Mushrooms, Tomato and Baked Beans)
• Healthy Start breakfast
  (Greek Yoghurt drizzled with Honey and fresh Fruit)
• Olive Branch Special
  (Scrambled Egg and Smoked Salmon)
• Tea/Coffee

Set Course Dinners

A delectable 3 course dinner may be provided in the Restaurant for our Guests if they choose to book the Dinner Bed and Breakfast option.

A sample menu is as follows:

Starter

Mini Carrot and Cheese parcels - Filo pastry Parcels filled with Spicy Carrot, Peppers, Leeks, Mozzarella and Parmesan and served with a Spicy Sweet Chilli dipping sauce

Main

Chutney Char Grilled Chicken - Chicken Breast Char grilled with a Tangy Tomato and Onion chutney and Served with Chips

Or (for the Vegetarian)

Mung Bean and Butternut Casserole -Cooked in a slightly spicy coconut sauce

Desert

Vanilla Cheesecake topped with a Toffee Sauce and covered with Toffee and Fudge pieces

We use where possible local produce and the freshest ingredients.
